Post subject: What are the best settings for HD videos for youtube?

I have a mac and I upload pj videos to youtube. Once i encode the videos I want to get them to HD. I use Toast Titanium 10 to convert. I have converted a couple with these settings: 5000 kbits/ sec, Key Frames- 24, Multi-Pass. Is there a better way to do it? Look at the videos and you tell me.
