This is an episode of EXTREME DINOsaurs, a series from 1998 that last less than one season. It, of course, is not available on DVD or legal download.

However, by the nature of torrents, if you're looking for something THAT obscure, chances are you won't find a torrent with any seeds, if you find one at all. Torrents, as you know, are great for when a ton of people all want something new all at once. But they don't last very long, at least not in good shape.

tvtorrents.com is, by far, the best. Everything is seeded, it's ultra-fast, and pretty much everything is great quality. Unfortunately, it's an invite-only site.
