Hi all

I ran spybot the other day and I have 3 programs on my computer that it won't let me delete unless I'm logged in as an administrator (windows xp). How do I set that up?

home you should be the admin on there, unless someone set it up for you


at work, yea, youre pretty much screwed if you have to call your IT dept


if at home, click control panel, user accounts, locate your name, click properties, click on the second tab, and add yourself to the admin group

it's a home pc. I wonder why I'm not an admin. I'll try that. Thanks
