7-Zip is a great choice. Unpacks tons of archive types and can be called on via a context (right-click) menu entry, meaning you'll mostly never need to actually "open" 7-Zip itself.
I don't blame stip for asking for a recommendation. That's what this forum is supposed to be for. Better to seek out legit options rather than go with whatever random crap shows up in a search.

7-zip is great.
