I don't use Chrome, but surely the classics are worth a try.

1. Clear its cache or at least do a complete reload of the board, which is Ctrl+F5 in Firefox (might be the same in Chrome, idk).
2. Disable any recently installed browser extensions one by one. Maybe one of them is bogging down the site for you.
