Anyone know what software is used to view a ppt file on a cd-rom? And is it viewable on a Mac?

I believe it's a power point file, so if you have powerpoint you should be able to view it. If you don't, you can download the "test drive" of MS Office for mac from http://www.mactopia.com.

Aha, thanks. I've had powerpoint installed for at least two years and never used it.
