I spliced two versions of a video together (the first 15 seconds are from a VCD VCD version, the rest is a DVD version). I joined them in Premiere Pro, but when I export it (in any format) I get a 320x240 box surrounded by black. In other words, it would only fill the center 1/3 or so of the TV. How do I get it to stretch to a full 720x480, or fill the screen?
Does anyone know how to make Adobe Premiere stretch the video to fullscreen instead of making a small video bordered in black? It's a VCD-source video sliced with a DVD-sourced video, so the latter is being resized to a smaller resoultion (the native resolution of the VCD) by Premiere when it is spliced with the former. I want Premiere to stretch the VCD-source to fullscreen instead (the native resolution of the DVD). How do I do this?

You can stretch the video to fill the black space...it's been a while since I've worked with Premiere, but I thought you could just drag the video to fill the black space. Or with some other simple command...
