It's my new favourite gadget. In the age of mp3s, playing my favourite records on the turntable is a wonderful slow and time-consuming process. i love it. Fuck all those ipods, my turntable kicks ass.

Im all new to the vinyl world, and i wonder if anybody know the difference between the pickup types moving magnet(MM) and moving coil(MC). I'm not sure what i've got, and i've read somewhere something about that one of them could possibly cause damage yo your amp.

I'd like to know this also, i've become obssesed with vinyl just recently, i still like mp3 players and my cd's, but vinyl has this great fucking feel to it.

I don't care if my neil young decade record fizzels on one side, its so fucking awsome to just have vinyl...
