I'm confused as to what you are confused about.

I could have voted early but decided to wait until Nov. 2nd. My polling place is only a block away, so I'll walk instead of driving to the RoV.

You realize that this is going to fuck the education funding up once again in Florida, right? It's not a supplemental budget item, it's an appendation; this means the Legislature can now cut funds deemed surplus because these "slot machines" produce moneys comparable to those original funds. They did this with the lottery, as well.

I'm just hope it can work towards something. I'll write whomever I can and participate in anyway I can to see that these are additional monies and not monies taken away from the kids.
