I don't think it's going to do much.

You know, until this morning when I heard that Bubba would be stumping with Kerry this week, I forgot about Bill's heart event that has kept him off the trail for the past month. Bill Clinton is the best campaigner the Dems have got and he can really inspire people. People really do love this guy, this should be a boost.

GW came to Greeley, CO this morning. Greeley has only 8,000 people in the city. You would think with the election on the line, he would go to places with more people.

*Hopes this was a campaign mistake*

Colorado's only 9 votes. And it's considered Kerry territory already. He should be in Ohio or Florida.

Bingo! And Chaney was on the western slope of Colorado on Saturday while Kerry was here on the front range where all the people and news centers are.

Up until the polls came out today, most people felt Colorado was going to go for Bush, if not solidly for Bush. Most still do.

I agree though, Ohio and Florida is where it's at, although Kerry is looking better and better in Ohio.

we'll see. There's gonna be quite a push in both states.

One thing heartening for Republicans in Ohio is this: Until very recently, Bush hadn't been to Ohio for almost a month. And he was, depending on which poll you use, still ahead by a couple of points or only down by a couple of points. And now he's poised to hit Ohio hard this week, with Arnold in tow. It's all about closing.

I think Colorado is a big deal. Bush is setting it up so that Ohio or Florida becomes irrelevant. If he grabs Colorado, Iowa and Wisconsin ... which is all very doable ... it would offset or almost offset the loss of either of those states.
