Our choices sucked.

We had choices of the president....

Kerry/Edwards, Bush/Cheney, Nader and other Independents

Then we had choices of Senator and Congressman who were both unopposed so they told me it didn't matter if I voted for them or not and they would win anyway.

And then we had a choice of whether or not to vote for or against a wheel tax.

And that's it.

No gay marriage, no parental authorization for abortion, nothing.

I'm disappointed. Tennessee is such a backwards state sometimes.

Eh, initiatives and referendums aren't automatic propositions. Takes a lot of work to get them on a ballot.

There are no propositions or anything on the ballot where I live in upstate NY.

TN is pretty backwards; it was just a couple of years ago that they required people to have car insurance.
