Seriously, these intelligence generalizations that many people here insist on participating in are lowering the quality of this forum. In every political thread, there is almost always some sort of group being classified as being stupid. What is the point? Isn't this type of attitude what creates the divisions in America? We can disagree with one another and still respect one another. In my opinion, we would have what is essentially a monarchy if we didn't have opposing viewpoints. We all have different cultures and backgrounds, so it is natural that people have different opinions. It is really disheartening to hear the personal attacks that still continue in this forum.
Just wanted to get it out into the open.

I agree with that, except that "can" is an ability, and some people are simply so closed minded that they actually "can not" agree to disagree with one another and still be respectful (or simply move on).

I completly agree. The only people I have a problem with are the extremes of either party. And I will continue to bash those people. For the other 90%, you are completly correct. It is just that some people are so fucking dumb that they diserve special mention.
