thread locking going on, does anyone find it "interesting" that the liberal moderator is locking Pro-Bush threads but isn't free speech a mantra of the libs???? Or does free speech only apply when libs want it to apply? hmmm...I think I know the answer to that...

I hope it has nothing to do with that and that the reasons those threads are getting locked is because they got out of control. Now I can't really say that happened but I would hope that was the reason for it.

The locking of this thread will add fuel to the notion that this is a liberal-run board.

No, it was an Anti-America thread, and one of a dozen on the board, so it got shut down. I don't believe they are trying to stifle your free speech, I think they are trying to limit the amount of duplicate threads. I don't think you need to take it personal. I didn't.

This board is privately funded and is not a democracy.


If you have a problem with a thread being locked, PM a mod or admin.


Do not begin another thread questioning a previous locked thread.

The thing I think I'm bothered by is there are a number of people who signed up here just today, have made numerous posts about the same thing, and aren't doing much to make me think anything other than they only signed up to be rude and obnoxious.
This board is NOT synergy. It's privately funded and privately run. People are welcome here (from what I notice) as long as they try to not be dicks. So stay, all of you if you wish, but pay a little attention to what the mods are telling you when they lock a thread, and if you don't understand or you think it's unfair, then send them a PM and ask them about it, don't go in the other direction and be a jerk about it, they will just lock up your threads over and over again.
