Bitching is a good thing... if Kerry won it would be the same.
I think that the Bush Administration is going to have to make good on it's promises. The job situation must improve. The Iraq situation must be stabilized and the troops must eventually come home. The health care situation must improve and be reformed. The National Debt must be reversed.
I also believe that civil rights in this country will continue to erode under this administration. Patriot Act 2 will have no problem passing and the FCC, CIA and FBI will increasingly start to resemble the Orwellian Thought Police.
It will be a hard sell in 2008 for the Repubs if these problems aren't addressed.

Bush will propose Social Security reform, and it will probably pass.
I don't know how Bush is going to reduce the deficit. Without massive increases in revenues through economic expansion or tax hikes, deep cuts in medicare and social security benefits seem like the only plausible possibilities. I predict Bush will plunge the country even further into debt.
I expect congress to try impeachment. If blowing a load on an intern's dress is an impeachable offense, then lying to congress to start a war that kills over 100,000 people must be too.

More of the same. Continued tax cuts, more of the same in Iraq, and a massive defecit. I have no reason to believe that GWB plans on doing anything different than he's done in his first four years.
I don't even think Bush has plans to erase the debt. I believe his goal is to just cut the annual defecit in half by the end of his term. This debt is going to be a killer for someone in the future. It won't be his problem though but eventually taxes will have to be raised or important programs will have to be cut and the people won't like that. But there will be no choice because it isn't being dealt with now.
Plus abortion might be gone when he gets to appoint some new supreme court judges.
