Dear FEMA,
Move some trucks full of supplies to the Florida/Georgia border, so you can get them to Florida in less than 5 days.

P.S. BEWARE!!!!!
When you show up earlier this time and we know you will, be prepared for the "racist" remarks to start coming your way. Cause we know you won't be looked at as a system that was improved but more like a racist organization for your response to all those white Floridians.

Are you in London? I was there for a hurricane in the Fall of 1987. It about destroyed Kew Gardens. I remember that I didn't have any idea it was coming and woke up to insane wind in the middle of the night. The next day London was a total mess
