I hate to burst your bubble but the first paragraph of the article reads:

Residents of the Mile High City have voted to legalize the possession of small amounts of marijuana for adults. Authorities, though, said state possession laws will be applied instead.

i got my sheepdog van all ready to go if this is true. Aspen....california, nice! i'm delierious and i can't resist dumb and dumber references.

I hope this goes through, b/c if it does, i'm dropping out of school and i'm going to grow acres and acres of pot, and attempt to distribute, but i'd probably end up smoking the entire pot plantation to the head. Pot's definitely going to be legal in our lifetime boys and girls!

Whoa, slow down there Farmer John! It would only legalize possession of under an ounce.

Not nearly as overrated as wearing wristbands on your forearm.

What about paraphenilia?

If bongs, etc. are illegal, they'll find a way to bust you. I wouldn't go blazing in front of City Hall anytime soon.

You'd have to be a pretty big moron to conclude you could smoke in public just b/c possession is legal. Just like you don’t drink in public even though it’s legal to buy alcohol.
