IMHO, a W'04 sticker is a good predictor that the driver:
1. Is more likely to not speed up or slow down to allow me to enter the expressway.
2. Is less likely to yield the right-of-way at a 4-way stop.
3. Is more likely to drive on the burm.
4. Is more likely to back up on an expressway ramp.
5. Is more likely to ride my ass in the right or center lanes.
6. Is less likely to pull into the intersection while attempting to turn left at a light.

I think you're joking, but I actually agree with this completely. I don't have a W'04 sticker on my car (because I don't have one, but neither do either of my parents and those are the cars I do drive when I drive). I'm an agressive driver and I have no respect for pussy drivers.
You want to be on the road? Then fucking take it. Don't expect someone to give it to you. And stay to the right lane while you're "saving the environment" while driving 5 under. I need all the room I can get to waste gas at 15 over.
