What do you think about this program? Is it Possible, How will it work? Will we be loading 1 million mexicans on a bus monday morning to work in the US and then loading 10 in the evening to go home to Mexico? Please enlighten me on the finer points and your opinions.

The president is really just stradling the fence on this issue. The US should just do the noble thing here and invade Mexico. Its the only real solution.

The US should do the honorable thing and built a giant fence.
The guest worker program only punishes those who spend decades and life savings legally immigrating, and steals jobs and depresses wages for those already on the low end of the employment spectrum in the US as well as increasing the amount of the population in the recipent class.
My question about this program, is who will implement the program? The INS? I figure the INS is already seriously fucking busy. Its not like the borders are just going to dry up when this program starts so they will need employees in both locations. Also do we really think that businesses that are paying for reduced labor are going to go for this? The gov't will surely expect taxes to be paid.
