That's clearly not what he meant. If that's what he meant then the comment would have been rooted in his anger towards a curropt government, and not rooted in the fact that he and many other Russians are poor :cry:

Your edit may be a valid point, but it's clearly nothing like the comment made by the individual which was rooted in his own economic standing. Nor what the poster had in mind when he highlighted it.
