Bill Clinton will not be sitting for the New York Bar Exam.

And I was under the impression that anyone licensed in any other state could waive into the DC bar. At least that's how it used to be...

Back like 15 years ago, the joke used to be that everyone who want to practice in DC would go to Pennsylvania to take the bar exam, since it was notoriously easy with a 97% passage rate or something like that, and then waive into DC.
