Heh, the names of Ledger and Boogaard weren't a direct quote by anyone--I just added them for the purposes of this post. Also, she's much older and has had a long and happy marriage.

Would mssrs. Boogaard and Ledger been more or less likely to OD and die using black market heroin of unknown potency than prescription opiates (and other drugs) of labelled dosage?

No disagreement from me, but I imagine the retort would be that it would be too easy for people to misread or flat out ignore the labelled dosage.
