They have special things they can do for that, yanno.
This guy deserves life in a Chilean prison. Chained to a well completely dependant on his family for food and no burden to the taxpayers of the state. People who he endangered or murdered have payed for his existance.
Why is it so difficult for the state to execute a guy who we have ON TAPE murdering people? the trial should take 5 seconds. He's a threat, he has no redeeming qualities and the world is a better place without him.
I'm not normally an advocate of the death penalty but this guy was on every news channel in the free world on a murdering spree. He's been captive for 2 years and nothings been done? If they shot him on site we'd have saved MILLIONS. All to prolong the life of a worthless murderous rapist bastard who is completely utterly useless.
He's wasting oxygen much less time and effort.
Hell how effective is having the penalty at all if it takes decades to administer?
What protection does it really give society, APD already let this idiot loose once.

Thing is, the justice system has to work the same for everyone, or it's not a justice system. I'd rather these guys soak up a little taxpayer money than somebody innocent be killed.

yeah I went a little overboard with my comments, sorry. Still. The fact it's been two years and a guy who killed people in plain sight in the courthouse still can't get a trial? Ridiculous.
Probably shouldnt have posted about it at all. It just bothers me, that these types of people are around and nothing is done about them whatsoever... yet we're locking up drug users.
