New England is being flooded from days of rain. There are evacuations going on and road closing on major roads. NH, MA and parts of ME have declared a state of emergency.

Wow, that's nuts. Hopefully things don't get too out of hand. I had no idea that you guys were getting weather like that. I'm only about 6 hours away from there and we usually share the same weather, but it was beautiful yesterday and today is looking the same.
i've been watching my neighbors pump out their basements...and i am not even in a highly affected zone. my basement is a bit damp, minor leakage. i can deal with that.
