I'm not condoning the actions of these people. I'm certain that most of these animals live in absolutely deplorable conditions, which is really just unfair and cruel. But this is not the worst that is out there.

When they present this in front of kids (and adults with the same mental capacity), they get the impression that it is OK to do this to animals. It infects their minds.
