I always post these comics in threads when they're appropriate. They're hilarious, and Tom does a great job of snagging relevant issues so well. I'm giving Tom Toles his own thread. When the roles were flipped and Clinton was in office, I'm fairly certain Democrats were pissed off, but I don't remember anyone threatening to eliminate the filibuster.

I don't think any of their nominees were fillibustered if I remember correctly. It's a power deal. I get it. The party not in power whines about the one with the majority.
Essentially I'm on your side, The theocrats should be thier own party and that party should be as well attended as Gigli. Bill Frist has provided great comedy on his own lately.

I could make the argument, but I still don't think it's a road we should go down. The argument is that there are dozens of judicial nominees per year, and far fewer cabinet appointments, usually only a dozen or two in a four year period.
