it's completely breathtaking with the ridiculous media we have nowadays. the pictures could not be any better in terms of photojournalism merely because what is happening is so devastating. any amatuer photog could shoot a decent photo of that.

That black building in the foreground sustained enough damage as to where they couldn't repair it. It's currently being taken down one story at a time, and will take about a year to complete.

Good times but freezing-ass cold. I was there during the weekend that all those passengers got stuck on the Jet Blue planes (luckily I wasn't one of them...I had some slight travel delays but nothing that bad). But the weather didn't really get in the way of the sight-seeing and whatnot so it was still really fun. Amazing place, that Manhattan.
