All we got hit with is a tsunami warning- our ferry service stopped for a few hours here in Sydney. I understand there were more serious warnings for northern Queensland shore areas.

Laura's a Melbournite- Melbourne is this big bay and doesn't really face out into the ocean, hence their dearth of decent surf and quality beaches.

It goes without saying that Melbourne is vastly superior, I didn't think it actually needed to be said :P

I'm actually very much in a 'god i love melbourne' frame of mind this week, even more so that usual. i don't need to defend it because i know we are superior. ;)
