Sunroof saves 10-year-old's life (China Daily) Updated: 2007-04-21 14:11 A 10-year-old girl who fell from a 12th-storey balcony on Tuesday wound up with only minor injuries after she plunged through the open sunroof of a car and landed on a padded seat in Changsha, Hunan. The incident took place in the city's Mingdu Garden housing estate in the evening.
The girl, surnamed Rong, fell while watering flowers. Rong was immediately sent to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment.
Doctors said she had fractured a bone in her hand and was not in danger.
