She was shot throught the temple and is still alive at the moment. There is some confusion as to whether the federal judge that was shot is alive or dead. Apparently the shooter is 22, and a Afghan war vet.

I'm not really sure you need youtube to prove that a person shooting 20 rounds into a crowd is unstable.
