The little girl's body, or parts of it, were autopsied and the determination was that this was a homicide, but they couldn't say how she died. That is puzzling to me.
I haven't followed this story at all until today, but the mother's case does not look good.

agreed. i just learned about it today because of the homicide announcement. i find it intriguing that the M.E. is sure of homicide but doesn't know how she was killed.

I don't really like the coverage of stuff like that. There was a whole hour of Dr Phil devoted to it and I have the feeling that the court of Dr Phil isn't as thorough as the court of law and in lots of cases can unfairly sway public opinion.

Oh, she is 100% guilty. I took me 30 minutes to come to that conclusion.

1) She lied about everything. EVERYTHING. She said the daughter was with a babysitter who doesn't exist. 2) They found evidence of a dead body in the trunk of her car. 3) She googled a shitload of bad things like "I want to kill my baby." (OK, she didn't google exactly that but basically.)
She is guilty. And hot. America loves it.
Go to the wiki page and read the footnotes. She is guilty. The evidence is overwhelming. She is a piece of shit.
I find it funny that I read 342352 news articles a day and I've never heard of this case. Actually, I'm proud of myself.
