Gets a settlement of 24.3 million. And appeals it. :|

Excuse me a second while I rant.

She shouldn't get one tenth of what was offered. Money grabbing leech. Fuck her. Fuck her general attitude. She cheated. Paul should be getting money from her.

Divorce laws favour women way to much.

Just saying.

I'm kind of wondering if divorce lawyers just favor whoever has the chance to get a big bucket of money too much...

Asked if it had been a mistake to represent herself, Ms Mills replied: "Not at all. Lawyers couldn't get anywhere near this figure."

I was going to ask why Paul didn't get a prenup, but Wikipedia answered it for me:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prenuptial_agreement

Quote:
The United Kingdom as of 2007 does not enforce prenups (although there have been some notable exceptions). They also do not have a provision for marital regimes.

Lame.

LOL. Cleaners? He still has 1.5 billion left. I think he'll be OK.

As for Heather, she's contemptible, obviously.

Really, she comes across as such a bitch. BUT I probably would have applauded her if instead she had said "I did this on behalf of all of the people who were fooled by his band work into buying one of his solo albums."

How does she make a case for that kind of money? They were both independent prior to the relationship, and they were barely married. It's not like she had any hand in earning his money, and she sure doesn't seem to be dependent upon him.

It's the new get rich quick scheme. Marry a rich person, divorce them. Never work again.
