The 62-year-old was jailed for 14 years in 1988 in Brisbane for kidnapping and sexually molesting three children.
He has already been forced to leave other communities in Queensland and over the weekend residents of Ryde in Sydney were alarmed to learn that he had been living in their street for the past fortnight.

seriously, what the fuck is the point in any jail system if a person can come out and not be rehabilitated or reformed? fuck this issue annoys me so much. if they don't fucking trust him to be in the community, put him back in fucking jail. bit late for that though isn't it? the community shouldn't be victimising him, they should abuse the government for not raising penalties for raping children.

the other thing is, why is it up to the general public to suddenly decide that this guy is unfit to be in their community? sure, from what i've seen on the news he's been portrayed as a bit of a psycho but surely its not completely that way otherwise he wouldn't have been let out. goes to show that people have no trust in the legal system.
