Let it be very clearly known about this particular RM thread starter -- I am beyond disgusted by Max Hardcore. Seriously, I don't remotely consider what he does to even be called porn. It's quite clear by the things he does in his material that he has a very, very deep seeded hatred towards women for whatever reason that he's repressing substantially. The dude's fucking pond scum. I'm a relatively simple person when it comes to my porn tastes. I don't enjoy this current trend of excessive "throat gagging", and I'm one of the few guys that is majorly turned off by anal sex, both watching and doing. And so don't even think about anything at all in the realm of "scat".

Well recently Max Hardcore was found guilty in a Florida court of committing these several different acts of obscenity in what he does on camera with these girls. However, despite what I think about what he does, this decision disturbs me greatly. He has every right to do what he does. Do these girls have a gun put to their heads to do this shit on camera? Absolutely not, they know the score going in. Mind you, I'm not saying a good bit of these girls themselves have some incredibly F'd up things going on in their own brains to actually willingly be a part of this stuff in the name of money, but still, none of them are being forced against their will to be there and engaging in it all.

Am I alone in thinking this?

So did the guy commit any crime or just had and filmed sex?

Our canadian friend GEG, fan of extreme porn, would be very pissed about those news, and say how this proves that america sucks.

Nope, he just filmed his sex acts, the same ones he's been doing for I dont know how many years now. But they're saying the acts themselves pass what's apparently the "accepted line" of obscenity, and so that has become the "crime" he committed (well and technically speaking, the fact that he then transported said grossly obscene material thru the mail, by way of selling it to customers of his website).

And I say it again, I think the guy is a douchebag to the billionth degree, he's a truly disgusting and pathetic human being, but this is puritanicl views run amuck, as far as I'm concerned he broke now law whatsoever. It saddens me that it can be allowed to be deemed what's "obscene" in this society in 2008, especially when everything that happened that's being questioned happened between consenting, of age adults.

This was not done in public or over airwaves, and therefore it's not "harming" anyone aside from those who wish to view it. Same goes for participation.
