Yeah I downloaded it. My minimize to tray extension isn't working yet, but I'm sure that's only temporary. All in all, it's a much better browser than IE.
I downloaded it to both my PC and my Mac. My OS version is incompatible with FF3.
Seems to be working wonderfully on my PC. Faster than FF2. Memory was really becoming an issue in the past year. It seemed like I had to restart my browser at least 2-3 times a day.
I never had any extensions to begin with to worry about in the upgrade.
I like the little "edit this bookmark" star in the address bar. Simple pleasures, I guess.

I got it. A few of the extensions and themes don't work yet but most will within a week or two. My main problems were that a few pages won't load and i lost a few bookmarks.

I had a couple extensions not work yet, but they were ones I never used anyway. Other than that, I only have a few themes that work so far. I didn't lose any bookmarks or anything like that.

anyone know how to make it so your bookmarks don't drop down from the address bar when you start typing a url?

So lost all my bookmarks. Doesn't seem to keep any sort of history and isn't always displaying my current location properly. For example the address bar still says mail.google even though I ain't there no more. Not impressed so far.

In related news, Opera 9.5 was officially released the previous week. Although I'm not sure it has any significantly new features since 9.2. Better handling of proxies and such, from what I hear, and I think better Acid3 compliance.

With all the problems I've had in teh last couple weeks trying to get all my programs to run on Vista, I will not be "upgrading" my perfectly functional Firefox anytime soon. Thanks for the thread, guys.

1) Obtain pirated copy of Windows XP 2) Install Microsoft Virtual PC or VMWare Player (both free) 3) Create virtual hard drive, or download premade one 4) Install Windows XP on said hard drive 5) Run XP programs to your heart's content without having to remove Vista

I might end up doing this in the end, but so far I've been able to find work-arounds for all of teh critical software. It just took staying up until 2 am a few times this week. Nero and Alcohol 120% were teh big problems, as well as the Creative software for my 3 year-old mp3 player. I do have a legitimately purchase XP disc from my last machine, hopefully I can use that.
