Can someone provide me a with a link to an informed, objective, unbiased article that provides commentary on what each candidate's plans will ACTUALLY do?
Obama claims that taxes will only go up if your business makes $250k a year. But then I heard on the radio that people in the $40-$80k range will have an increase in taxes. So which is it????
Any candidate can say anything they want. They have their spinsters on constant alert so they can twist the other candidate's words. The "facts" they use in their debates often turn out to be untrue or misquoted. Rarely are they held accountable for not following through on promises.
So...again...can anyone please point me toward a fair explanation of what each guy truly plans to do, and the likely ramifications of their policies?
Will McCain's energy plan REALLY ween us off foreign oil dependence?
Will Obama's tax plan REALLY affect only the wealthiest X% of people?

As usual, the clearest and most intelligent analysis of the issues.

That would have required the closing of several pornographic-based windows full of the usual adult fare including glory holes and cock-and-ball torture, and opening up what this individual could only construe was "boring economic and politic-y stuff".
In other words, he is looking for "objective election info", man. Like, OBJECTIVE and stuff.

Heh.
But seriously though. They're British, lean towards the politics of individual freedom and free market economics, and I sense that they're about to endorse Obama - not a natural choice for them. No such thing as totally objective, but I'd say they're about as objective as it gets.
That PDF at the bottom of the page is well worth downloading. It's pretty incisive in cutting through the spin and doesn't hesitate to make the claim that neither candidate is going to be able to deliver on most of their election promises.
