Probably going to a bar for a few drinks with friends, should be pretty nuts - I can only imagine what the entire city is going to be like after the returns are announced

Of course if Obama loses I'll be helping to flip over some cars (joke)

I plan to use that time to find a real job, not this crap I'm stuck with ever since I moved.

Don't bother with work...Obama the Communist is going to have a nice breadline with your name on it. None of us will ever have to work again!

Pffffft? Work? For what? Any reason other dignity? Fuck that shit. I have a right to healthcare. A right to housing. Obama can bail out my mortgage. And I can get twenty G's in the form of social welfare.

Fuck work.

It's not a right to those things, it's an "entitlement".

Probably doing what I've spent most of the campaign season doing...reading articles on the economy and thinking "Oh, fuck."

I'm actually planning on volunteering at a polling place in town for the busy hours at night. I don't really have much going on and I think it will be fun. After that I will probably drink a few beers and watch CNN until it's official.

You should make it really stylized, like, I dunno, make the B backwards or something cool.

A cursive lower case b. Now that's classy.

Probably watch quietly at home with my mother, and piss and moan when one of the propositions in California wins/loses.

Just got my recreational needs for the evening filled...

I've volunteered with the Obama campaign as a lawyer, but I haven't received any orders yet, so I could be close to home all day, or I could be 3 hours away all day.

Either way, I'll be home watching results come in, unless a better offer comes up from a friend or something. But being a Tuesday, I'll need to be home.

I love watching election results. I love it more when my side is winning, so I hope this won't be disappointing. I'll be pretty high either way this year.

I'm taking the day off from work to watch the tv coverage. CNN, FauxNC, (no MSNBC here), whatever the free-to-air stations will show from the US networks...

So I'm staying home. Unless if I find out where all the expat Americans are hanging out at.

Unless if this becomes 2000 again, in which case I'll have to take the next day off work as well.

This can't be as glamorous as it sounds.

It's the absolute worst part of my job. Taking calls from drunk-ass people thrown into custody trying to give them legal advice and dealing with idiot cops. I don't usually give them a hard time unless it's serious charges like agg sex assault or murder but still, but boy oh boy do I hate glory hunting detectives. :x
