Yeah, they're going to merge this. But I'm going to bed. You have my say already.

I was taking a licensure class in an old state school. for those of you who don't know what this is, it is where people used to get rid of their retarded and disabled babies.

a lot of physical and mental abuse, as well as sexual abuse happened at these "schools".

during the cless break, i was compelled to go into the basement...the building was so frigging creepy, i had to see what was down there.

i was scared to death, but i only found a closet full of really old charts and a lot of really old wheelchair and restraint equipment. nothing of note really.

on my way back up the stairs, a presence moved by me. i turned around and there was nothing there, at least nothing i could see. but i could feel the presence of another person, perhaps a teen age boy, and even though i could not see him, i knew he was looking at me, maybe wanting to ask me something.

then he backed away from me, down a couple of steps, then he was just gone.

creepy. i went back to that stairwell after the class, but he was not there.

I'd like to bang a female ghost. Is that considered cheating?

there's no thread that specifically dicusses ghosts. the one B posted is on ghosts after the tsunami. and the one currently on page one has to go with the supernatural and the bible. i'd like to specifically discuss ghosts and possible proof they exist. since you're the leading person on here that believes in them, gimme some proof and not your opinion.

Yeah I know. I made that argument about the tsunami, and i thought my thread on ghosts was different too, but I guess the nazi board leaders thought different.

And I have my proof. That story I gave in my recent thread is the best proof you're going to get. Like that parapsychologist said, "what is proof? A ghost in a jar? At least thats what the scientific community would like"

Customers at an Ohio gas station are spooked by what some claim is a ghost on surveillance video.

I've seen stuff on Ghost Hunters (the only legit paranormal show on TV IMO) that I can't really explain, nor can they, but I don't think I'll truly believe in ghosts until/unless I have an experience of my own. I do think that it's certainly possible...we're all just energy and there is so much going on in the physical world that we don't see with our eyes, so we take for granted that it's even there (radio waves, etc).

Oh yeah and that CNN gas station clip is kinda weird.

Well, I'll leave it semi up in the air, since the news report didn't really show it clearly all the way through. But in the begining it looks like a pretty clear outline.

There was another one like this in a parking garage that ended up being a barbie doll dangled on a string. LOL

I do. One that is very close to a camera focused far away, so that it appears as a blur. Looks like it's sitting on a wire at first.

Well, considering no employees from the gas station have ever experienced anything, nor the customers, I highly doubt that it's a ghost. First thing I thought of when I saw it was a plastic bag. Then moments later I see everyone go, "Oh yeah a plastic bag!" AHHHH no shit!

It was pretty bad when I was a kid - around 12/13ish? There was me, and 4 girls living next door as well - plus my mom, their mom and my aunt. A LOT of crazy female energy, which attracts the hell out of ghostly activities.

For a few years there was a ghost of a little boy who used to wander back and forth between the two houses. We all saw him a bunch of times out of the corner of our eyes and stuff. One of our dog's used to sleep at the bottom of my bed. One night he woke me up because he was barking at something. I sat up, and saw that he was barking at a shadow walking back and forth at the other end of my bedroom. My little bro and I shared a room at the time, so I thought it was him. I was about to ask what hell he was doing walking around at 1 am, when my bro sat up, told the dog to be quiet and got up to go to the bathroom. I never threw the covers over my head so fast in my life!! I knew it wasn't a dream, because my bro remembered waking up the next day.

I still sleep in the same room, but could never ever stand to have my bed down that end of the room. There's a shelf over there I used to keep books on, but they'd randomly fly off the shelf all the time when no one was in the room.
