I saw that Jacqui Smith has published a list of 'undesirables' who are not to be let into the country. Most of them are common sense, radical islamic preachers and such, but I honestly have no idea who this guy even is let alone why they've banned him from the UK.

if you're asking me, i would say that no one deserves to be banned from a country for simply speaking their mind (no matter how screwy said mind may be). but i abhor both political correctness and gov't supression in general, so i may not be the one to ask.

The US bans people similarly. As one of the British muslim groups pointed out, if these people really are dangerous, they can be arrested and deported on the grounds of inciting violence, which is already against the law. Did we really have to keep Yusuf Islam out?
