It should be held in New York. Do not hold these people up as special, that's what they want. Do not try them as a military. They are criminals, not soldiers. Running scared of these people only feeds them more and New Yorkers need to come out in full force and show the world that they are not afraid of these criminals. Also the death penalty, which they undoubtedly deserve, should be spared from these folks. It would only make them a martyr for their cause and once again further their agenda. Let them rot in a cell somewhere.
