So the first President of the EU is a Belgian. What do we think about this huge news in my surprisingly still existing country, fellow RM'ers?

Seriously though. What does that position even mean? Is he just there to think up new ways to fine Microsoft or complain about everyone else's inaction towards climate change?

he's about the most boring person ever to have entered politics in Belgium. You gotta give it to him, he brought this country in a couple of months from total chaos to total silence. Absolutely nothing happened since he took over as PM. Don't know if that's such a good thing though...
