I'm sure there were thoughts of the english government putting pictures of huge fat people on packages of fast food. But it was obviously debatable due to people being offended.
I say just raise taxes on anything unhealthy. You still have the choice to buy it.

I would'nt personally do much to get it but someone else would and then sell them to me.
