Virginia is arguably more interesting. The people there will devastated by the fiscal cliff, which is more likely to addressed via republican wins as they would have the house and the executive, but the northern Virginia area is largely a young, diverse, and liberal crowd who supported Obama last time. Do they vote their wallets or their beliefs?

What if the rest of the country is rooting for the fiscal cliff so as to spread the pain around? There has to be a correlation between the massive wealth of the DC suburbs and our total inability to balance the budget.

As a beneficiary of the environment that wealth has created, I cannot be unbiased or claim to truly know what other areas are experiencing. But.... You may be on to something there.

this ones 51% (touches it)
and the other is 49% (touches it)
then un-touches them
scroll to next screen...

it only took me like 5-10 minutes to vote. i forgot they don't list parties next to judicial candidates. i voted for a constitutional convention in ohio, that would've been fun. i think it's gonna lose.
