of course not. it's just as valuable as anybody's opinion on the matter except that there's a mandatory bias, or party line that's dictated by Sun "News", much like Fox News. i mean, if the same guy gets fired and hired by another agency he might as well express the total opposite of what he's saying here. so yeah, it's as valuable as anybody's opinion but just less credible. it's like a stand-up without the actual laughters.
These bozos banging their pots and pans are driving me nuts. Can't they find another neighborhood where to be obnoxious? I'm not even 30 yet and I'm already yelling "shut up!" out of my window.
It's too ironic how those who claim to embrace socialist values can be so selfish.
It's not only the pots and pans and you know it, man. They're making it hard for the rest of people to do things they usually do, like, I don't know, getting to work on time and making money out of which the protester's tuition subsidies come from. How come students have so much time to dedicate to marches and protests but are not willing to find a job to pay for their professional education (the returns to which, by the way, will be private and not public as they want the cost to be)?
Getting the rest of society to pay for students' professional education makes the province better? That's quite a stretch. People are only able to efficiently value something when they have to pay for it themselves.

are you able to read french Rafa? here's a link as to why we've come to this: http://liberaux.net/ please take your time, i don't want a tl;dr comment for this. that's where the money is for our better society. that's more than enough for me to take the streets. as far as perturbations go, i don't think it's exagerrated. in fact, if you've been late for work, your boss will understand. if you've been caught in a demonstration, you should have known better. we're fucking fed-up with this governement. law 78 is a fucking travesty. Amnesty International doesn't approve, it violates our Rights and Liberties chart. mass arrests, etc. it's time for the people to rise peacefully and show its disgust. you're allowed as well.
your arguments concerning time for jobs and so forth is, alas, a big fucking stereotype of the worn-out arguments of the right-wing medias. you have no clue of what's going on, admit it. you don't even care. you care about yourself. you don't know the province you live in and you have no interrest in discovering it. try better next time.
Very nice. So we agree on that, the Quebec government is really fucking corrupt. But it's not really news, man. I also agree law 78 is fucked up. Unfortunately, that's not what the protests are about (not officially anyway, right?). This is a democracy, there's a whole electoral process and such. If you want to protest the government, that's great, but it's important to be specific, and details matter.
Of course I care about myself, at least as much as you care about yourself, and as much as the students care about themselves. But I'm not asking anyone to subsidize my way of life or my life choices. They are the ones doing that, and I'm the selfish one?
Finally, if the government is so fucking corrupt, why would you trust them with yet more taxpayer money for them to mismanage?
It's really easy to play the "we're Quebec and our situation is unique and if you're not Quebecois you will never get it", but it's misguided, man. It's just an easy way to veer off-topic and avoid the argument.
I've been a part-time student since 2009, and most of that time I've also held a full time job. I've sacrificed time and money and a lot more for the sake of investing in my career. I'm not saying this because I want a medal, or to ingratiate myself with you, I'm just saying that people have options. And here, despite whatever injustices students believe they're victims of, there are ways to pay your way through school.
But, you know what? Nevermind. I don't have a clue, don't care, and I'm not a Quebecois, so I better shut up now. Good thing the pot-beaters are here to make everything better.
