It seems that the US has been getting a fair amount of BBC Wales programming (Torchwood, etc). Is this to improve the international standing of the Welsh people so they don't go all Scottish and demand a referendum on independence?

Well, there's the whole point that the woman is being forced, yet again, to do something she doesn't want. But a lot of people believe it's in her best interest. I just think it's a sad story.
