I know that is how it comes across. I follow the league pretty closely as a whole as I very much appreciate the game and the level of play I don't get to see here in the States with MLS.. But this guy is really making some noise. Its not as if he has 6 or 7 goals on the year and I am popping in here after every one to trumpet his success.

If Fulham lose Dempsey and Dembele both this summer it will be a big blow. Jol has all but said he wants to sell these guys and rebuild/go younger...

I believe this was in response to my prediction of big trouble for the Gunners this season........maybe I should just stick to my Dempsey highlights?

woahhhhhhh. Something's happened. I don't know what. Usually they try in the cups and the title race, then they can't be arsed. Now it's the other way round. Their attitude has changed, I don't know why or what.

Well, they still had their famous week in which they screw every trophy chance they have (the Milan - Sunderland week). But other than that, I was actually always confident in the quality of the Arsenal team.

Fulham took a point from Chelsea today......I won't say who headed in the equalizer in the 81st minute. (Hint: It wasn't Moussa)

I cant believe Dempsey is still there. The club has had 78 managers since he got there, he's been consistently good from about a year into his arrival there on, he scores tons of clutch goals, if he's still there next season I'll be shocked.

I believe he is tied for fourth in the league in goals. If he is going to move, this is the year. Fulham isn't the worst place in the world for him but a move to Arsenal or Spurs would makes sense if he was going to stay in the prem......I'm not convinced Liverpool is even that much of a step up at this point. Beyond that maybe some Bundesliga teams would show some interest. As well as he played the past few years it would still be a battle for the guy to get regular minutes for a Champions League side......I don't think that will sway him towards staying at Fulham though, he is used to fighting for what he has with all the different managers coming in at Fulham who made him earn his place back.

Dempsey in an Arsenal jersey next season would be great for both sides.

If something crazy happens like RvP going to Barca, I could see Dempsey making sense for them. Supposedly they were somewhat interested during the transfer window....

I remember that as well. I don't think Dempsey is enough of an out and out striker though to work in RvP's place. He is versatile enough though to play as any of the AM's in Wenger's 4-2-3-1.
