The Los Angeles Dodgers send thank you notes to the Yankees each time he pitches. Only the Yankees would trade for a contract that large of a player that caliber.

Enough is enough. I am bitterly disappointed as I’m sure all Yankee fans are by the lack of performance by our team.. It is unbelievable to me that the highest-paid team in baseball would start the season in such a deep funk. They are not playing like true Yankees. They have the talent to win and they are not winning. I expect Joe Torre, his complete coaching staff and the team to turn this around.
George, do your team, your staff, and the entire league a service and just shut the hell up. They've played 12 games. It's the Yankees we're talking about.
Until they're 10 games below .500, just sit back, let them work things out, and shut the fuck up.
I just hate hearing Steinbrenner because he ends up saying something really fucking stupid and alienates/humiliates a player (anyone remember Hideki Irabu?) and/or makes his entire organization look bad. As much as I dislike the Yankees, it's frustrating to watch an owner be such an obnoxious crybaby year in and year out and treat his team/staff like shit.
Then I remember how much he's paying them and it actually seems to balance out.

If more owners felt like Steinbrenner and gave a rats ass about what their team did there would be much better teams. He's their boss and has every right to call them out if there not performing.
why is it kevin's fault for signing the deal that was offered to him? blame the dodgers, not brown.
that may be true, but i still think he's a dick for breaking his hand in september. I don't know if that effected his performance in game 7 last year, but who knows.

There's a difference between caring about your team and being an asshole crybaby.
