He ALREADY has 105 k's on the season. How good do you think this guy is going to be before he hangs it up in like 15 years?

he's already had one elbow injury, it wouldn't surprise me if he had another.

okay, debbie downer.


Let's go through that again: 105 K's on the season. It's June 2nd. Furthermore, every pitcher has injuries, and his injury was apparently so severe, that when he came back from it and worked out a few kinks, he was almost unhittable for about 3 months.

Okay, so in light of that statistic, and the 105 K's in the two month stretch of this year, tell me, how good do you think he's going to be?

i think he's as good right now as he'll ever be. i also don't see him lasting anywhere close to 15 years, as you said in your 1st post in this thread.

yes, because it's completely normal for a guy who strikes out almost four times more guys and walks half as many guys as someone else to give up twice as many runs.

he's having a great season so far, though.
