He's listed at 5'9", but he's really more like 5'7"

Check this video (less than 10 seconds I think):

http://www.nba.com/timberwolves/gameday ... _dunk.html

You lucky, lucky Knick fans. Nate will be an All-Star by '08 (or sooner).

You don't know Jack.

Why don't you just go back to rooting for Vinny Testaverde/Chad Hutchinson/Quincy Carter/Drew Henson

Another great college player that won't amount to shit in the NBA.

I dont know about all star, but Nate looks like he can be a solid NBA guy, at the very least he should be in the same class as chuckles ward or chris childs... the knicks think he can be a guy off the bench who comes in and ignites the crowd and the team with his energy

I don't think he'll be making any all-star teams, but I do think he has the ability to be a very good guard off the bench for a good team. Even if he scores 2 pts a game, he'll contribute enough as a defensive pest to be effective.

defensive liability on the guy he's supposed to cover

that contradicts most scouting reports.

I think he's gonna be very good. He can jump out of the sky, he's smart and he plays good defense. I bet he averages about 28 minutes a game this year and is a big factor for the Knicks.

Mark it down right now:

He'll be the 2006 Slam Dunk contest winner.

2 of the top 3 guards drafted (williams, felton, paul) will be all stars some day... nate robinson? that's kind of funny... and whoever said he can play for the knicks, well i've seen the knicks, and that isnt saying much at all... i think robinson will be lucky, and i mean very lucky, to have a career like avery johnson (who did have a title i believe, so that's not too shabby)... but all stars carry teams... theyre not role players, which is what robinson is destined for

i dont mean to pull from this thead too much, but since we are talking nba rookie point guard here, i was wondering what everyone thought of paul, williams, and felton... i dont think they can all be great... but who will?... im taking williams and felton myself... much better team players than paul imo

i'm not a fan of any of the top 3 PGs taken atop the draft.

i know i have an extreme bias, but i think felton will be the best... his shooting took enormous strides this past season, and he's faster with the ball than any PG in the draft... i agree though that there may not be an allstar in the bunch, but i have a feeling two may shine... im not yet convinced williams can shoot consistently from deep, but he has an nba ready body... paul is pretty small, and he looks to shoot first, pass second... felton and williams are the complete opposite... they both let the game come to them, but are not afraid to take over if need be

that makes sense, cause you would have probably been the first duke fan in the history of the world to say something positive about a heel... i guess the world will have to wait a little longer
