Ok since there are only two good sports in existence, I'm going to invent a cool sport right now, with common household items. What I want to use is the following:

Honestly though, to answer your question...
First, the wooden chair must have wheels.
A person sits in the chair and then someone else pushes them down the hall, like a bowling lane. At the end, a large stack of coffee cups are built up sorta like a pyramid (these will be our pins). The mouse pad can be used as the take-off point, where the pusher must release the chair.
While the rider approaches the coffee cups, everybody else is flinging the blank CD's at him like frisbees (a la' the temple in Raiders of the Lost Ark...except not with blowdarts, but rather blank CD's).
Finally the rider crashes into the "pins." Whoever breaks / knocks over the most coffee cups is the proud winner of a bag of Vick's cough drops.

I knew you would! I may have used too many coffee cups (you said only 3) but I had to put my own twist on it for love of the sport.
