he probably holds the record for swings per pitch. one game he faced 16 pitches and swung at 15. i'm unsure about him at this point. he obviously is very talented, and has hit balls a foot out of the strike zone 400 feet, but i don't know how long this approach can last.

yes. then he went to the expos after his cardinal days and did nothing. i don't even think he plays anymore.

yeah, thats why i made this thread, mitch. i watched the game last night and he just seems at such ease at the plate and really impressed me.
